It was a very nice hotel to stay in that was close to airport. Bonus to have the shuttle at back of hotel for convenience. Restaurant and bar very good with a selection of meals. I did hear some children shouting out loud when I was trying to sleep so that was the only hiccup.

We arrived after a long flight from Africa with my nearly one year old grandson. There was a bit of a mix up with transportation arrangements that need to be sorted between the hotel and Wilson Parking. There was no cot for the baby after requesting and then reconfirming on check in. The guy on the desk when we left in the morning was extremely good and was upset cot wasnt there s he'd apparently arranged it. Not a massive deal and we would have chased it up if we were vdeeplu concerned. Beds were a bit hard, but that's just a preference.

The property advertises an airport shuttle but they don’t tell you that it’s $10 per person each way. When I called the shuttle and wanted to confirm a six month old infant not occupying a seat was free, the man was super rude and said that it would still cost the same for the baby. The hotel itself was clean, nice facilities and good check in experience.

Very very small room; no space to unpack; bathroom tiny. Saving grace, they had a restaurant and bar, although they were run by novices (especially the bar); sweet kids, but young.

Although we’ve stayed a couple of times in this hotel over the past 3 years, this would be our worst experience. The room was old & dated, and the toilet had a slight urine smell in the shower, so we had to disinfect it. Weak tv signal meant no channel 9 & SBS channels. I think this hotel is suited to 1-2 night stars for travellers, not for a family staying a week. Also, what was disappointing is that we wanted to make a couple of changes through hotels.com, but it couldn’t be fulfilled.
