Comfortable beds, nice grassy area out back to walk pets. Right in the cute town of Springdale and on the free shuttle line to Zion NP entrance. Nice to have breakfast included, although it was mediocre food. Please note that pets cannot be left unattended in the hotel, and they are also not allowed on park trails nor left in vehicles. This was one of many stops for us with our dogs so nbd, but if you're headed to just Zion, better to leave the furry family at home. Parking was tough to get near our room but we were able to find spaces on the property at least.

Location is good , not many choices around. Good breakfast option , good for family. All hotels should replace carpets to keep it clean

Very nice hotel and one of the best hotels to stay close to Zion. The hotel has great views, decent free breakfast and what appears to be like new, modern built constructions. We stayed in 1 bedroom suite with two kids which to our convenience had their own bunkbed. Also having a microwave in the hotel also helped us a lot as we travel with sometimes easy to prepare meals. The only problem was that parking was very tough to find. We were always afraid of losing our parking spot that is close to our room .

Second stay at this Holiday Inn. Zion is a fantastic park to visit. My family of 5 had a great time. Highly recommend.

Wonderful hotel, comfortable bed, kids loved the heated outdoor pool and hot tub. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Close to Zion, there’s a shuttle stop outside the hotel to take you to the park.

Room was very noisy! We had a downstairs room in the building to the left of the main building and heard bumping and banging from the upstairs room all night (like kids were throwing a ball against the floor/wall). We called the front desk twice and it only got slightly better. Apparently, they only make phone calls to the offending room. Will never stay in their downstairs room again. Kind of unusual to hear that much noise from a room above. Everything else was great.

Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great with lots of options. We could hear the kids in the adjoining room at times, but all was quiet by 9pm. We liked the nice breakfast area with mountain views. It rained during our stay and liked that coffee and hot chocolate were available that evening as we played a game in the breakfast area. It was nice that games were provided. More washers and dryers in the laundry area would be nice. We ended up going to the local laundymat which had no wait and was cheaper.

The employees were so incredibly friendly and welcoming. We had a couple families with kids and they provided activities for them and were so understanding. The breakfast was great as well!

Looks to be very old property. TV is so old kids hated it. Internet is horrible. I would recommend to stay at hurricane where you will get cheap hotels and nice ones.
