The views were amazing but was surprised they only had the connected restaurants and not one near the fire pit to enjoy a drink with the view. My advice for those who want quiet before 10pm is to ensure you are in the second floor. We got stuck in a room under a group of kids who were stomping around like elephants and the front desk won’t do anything until after ten.

Pool area was very nice, lobby was clean and inviting. The room sets up well for a family. Location is ideal. I'll be back.

Amazing views of Zion ntl park. Rooms and staff were great. What a beautiful spot. Broken lock on pool gate so watch the kiddos. Lots of families were there. Nice big area for people to eat and hang out in.

I reserved this hotel more than 4 months ago. I got to the Hotel today, and the people at the front desk bluntly told me that they had oversold my rooms and they booked me another hotel. The hotel sent me an email 10 hours before the check-in and informed me that the had booked me another hotel. Since I drove halfday to get to Zion, I had no way of planning other options. Staff at the Hotel told me that the didn’t have to, but they did me favor by booking other hotels in town. My family of 4, of which 2 had mobility problems, had to move to 2 different hotels in Springdale. I ended up paying $375 per room for a two different 2.5 star hotel.

Amazing stay! Our room was on the 2nd (top) floor right next to a big public balcony (we were the only ones who used it), right across from the gym, and next to an open staircase that barely anyone used. It was exceptionally quiet. Our room was clean, nice size for our family of four, and had a gorgeous view. The property was beautiful. We sat out on the patio at the fire pit multiple times after long days of hiking. The pool and jacuzzi were closed due to renovations, but we had access to the jacuzzi at the Hampton (across the parking lot.) The daily continental breakfast was fabulous, and had lots to choose from. The staff was exceptional! From Jodi at the front desk, to the food service staff, and housekeeping, everyone was so nice and incredibly helpful. We'll definitely be back!

As a family of 5, it can be challenging to find an affordable option for hotel stays. My daughter LOVED the couch and said it was the most comfortable sofa bed she has ever slept on. Our room was so spacious and comfortable and breakfast was an added bonus!

The staff and management at this property are the worst I have ever experienced. They sent us to the wrong room where we woke up people staying in it. They chastised me and said I booked a king when I had email confirmations for 2 queens. Ceilia spoke to me like I was a child. Ends up they had my name wrong(although they had my drivers license right in front of them). To top it off they charged me for my room AND the other room. Had to spend hours on the phone while Ondra(supervisor) once again claimed it was not an error. I am who figured out they did that and had to tell HER what happened. It was the most stressful experience I have ever had in my life at a hotel. I do NOT recommend this hotel to anyone who doesn’t want to be spoken down to and treated like crap when they are paying $300/night. They were completely wrong and it was borderline abusive. “If you don’t like it you can take your business elsewhere” is what I got at 1:00AM in an area that is sold out and I makes reservations 2 months prior. Her mistake had me crying in the lobby. Unforgivable. They were completely wrong. It was their error. Period.

Loved this hotel! Great location close to Zion and a 2 hour drive to Bryce Canyon. Shuttle is right out the front door to Zion. Rooms are spacious and the wall in closet was a nice bonus. Loved the day bed and pull out bed for a family of 5 none of the kids had to share a bed which was great. Staff was great and helpful. Good breakfast to start the day o f hiking. Highly recommend.
