Great location for entry into Zion and walkable restaurants, grocery and shopping. Onsite laundry. Only negative was we advised front seat of potential family issue necessitating early departure. When we notified front desk the following morning they refused a one day prepaid credit. We had to leave early anyway.

Included breakfast at Porter’s. 3rd generation family-owned property. Springdale shuttle to Zion National Parklki in front of property. Swimming and spa pool. Free show at the theatre at 7pm. Gift shop with lots of stuff to buy. Will stay again when I go back to Zion National Park.

Great place to stay! Springdale has amazing restaurants all within walking distance. The Springdale bus stop very close and it takes you right to the entrance of Zion. We absolutely loved our stay here and the pool was great for my kids.

We had the worst stay ever. Good parts is that the location is pretty and convenient to the bus shuttle and there’s cute animals in the back of the property. Bad parts-it was $338 for one night. Extra fees are excessive and that’s the kind of price you pay at a luxury hotel. This hotel was so loud. We were on the bottom floor in the corner and every time a guest came into the building, the door slammed. This happened at least 50 times. We could hear every footstep in the building. So we were up most of the night with all the interruptions and then around 2am, the power went out and never came back on. This was out of their control as this affected the whole town. Although, they should have a generator, at least in their restaurant. Our phones died because there was no WiFi or service so they were searching all night so we couldn’t get showered or ready because it was so dark. The reservation comes with breakfast, which is one of the reasons we booked it and their solution was to offer yogurt and granola. My kids are not going to eat granola so we packed up and checked out by 8am. They offered no kind of discount or refund. We then spent another $50 for breakfast at another place that did have a generator. This was a huge expensive experience and they could’ve handled it better.

Nice family owned inn. Great location and friendly helpful staff. Great complimentary breakfast in restaurant located on property. Rooms need some TLC. Cobwebs with dead bugs in several locations by the sliding door.

Property charged me extra for my small children even though I showed proof that I had made the reservation and included my children and their ages upon booking with Travelocity. I asked that a manager review and call me to discuss which they never did. When I asked at check out if I had been charged extra the person indicated “no, you’re all paid up” - I was indeed charged extra. This is the first hidden fee I’ve experienced like this at any hotel I’ve ever booked with Travelocity. I will not recommend this hotel in Zion.

We were a group of 15 including kids. We paid everything upfront along with extra roll-in beds. After first night, they removed our roll-in bed without asking us. All of our luggage was still there. I felt more racial than an honest mistake. My son had to sleep on floor with one mattress lady gave us after heated conversation. Kind of ruined personally my vacation mood. After all of this, lady promised to reimburse for a bed for 2 nights and $100 credit on top of it. I haven’t seen yet.

Amazing place family friendly with an amazing location and view. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend this place to anyonr planning on going to Springdale. The breakfast vouchers were so generou

A great base for exploring Zion. The room was clean and spacious enough for 2 adults and 2 children. The beds were a little too soft for me and I ended up getting quite a sore back. However we enjoyed our stay and the breakfast at Porters Restaurant which is included was delicious. We made use of the laundry facilities and this was good. The children enjoyed the small farm area and looking at the animals.

Perfect place to stay for our family of four for visit to Zion. Hotel was clean and beds were comfortable.
