Very nice place with. Wry friendly helpful staff. Hot and cold options for breakfast. Walked over to a family style restaurant for dinner last night. Very good! Margarita was awesome! Our sleep was wonderful and comfortable. Never heard a peep.

We were there for a family emergency. Vickie was amazing at check in. The room was awesome as usual.

Nice town, convenient place to stay to visit family

Right off the highway, easy to get to, and convenient, safe parking. Room very clean. Only complaint was breakfast. I was told it was served from 6-9AM. When I went to eat at 8:30AM, nothing was left. All hot pans (eggs, potatoes and sausage) were empty. The coffee thermos was empty. There was one apple left. There were a few bagels left, and some waffle batter to make waffles. Also, there was an empty quart of milk on the counter by the cereal bowls. Another family(with children) were very upset. The father complained to the lady at the front desk, but she said she wasn’t the manager and had no control over breakfast. She said it was the night shift workers responsibility to set it all up, and they left at 7AM. She also told the father that no more items would be placed out because the whole breakfast was going to be removed in 10 minutes because it was already 8:50 AM. It was in fact only 8:39AM. She said her computer was 10 minutes fast. I politely asked her to get another quart of milk so that the children could at least have a bowl of cereal. She was able to at least go get that. I just went to the lobby and got coffee from the thermos there.

The hotel was new however it's obvious that it is badly run. They're understaffed and still blaming Covid for not cleaning the rooms. The person at the desk saw that we had a family of four and were using a luggage cart, but still put us on the second floor, even though there's no elevator. Our room had obviously housed a dog the night before (smell), but it was not properly cleaned. Besides the smell that told us that they did not clean and vaccum, the toilet paper roll was empty and there was a hair tie on the floor. When we went to breakfast at around 8:30 we found no eggs, no milk, no apple juice, no fruit, and little else. I told the front desk and her response was first to tell me it was later than it was (I pulled out my phone to show her the time and she then said her computer said it was later), then to tell me that the night manager sets out the food and leaves at 7. Meaning that for at least two hours, no one is tending to the hot food. As someone who grew up in the hospitality industry, this is unacceptable. If you're factoring in breakfast as part of the price, or have any pet allergies, I'd look elsewhere.

Very happy with this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, parking right outside the door. We had a very late check in and the person at the front desk was great. We had a small maintenance issue when we got to our room and he came right up to investigate (this was at 12:30am). He could fix it right away so he moved us right across the hall. Things happen but very happy with the service and hotel, definitely would stay here again. Oh, and icing on the cake was the free breakfast, perfect for our family traveling on vacation.
