My Place Hotel - Cheyenne, WY

From the moment we stepped into My Place in Cheyenne we felt welcome. Hotel is extremely clean. Beds were great, thermostat worked perfect. But the kicker, the TV channels were amazing. We had like 200 of them! We visit family out here ofter, wont ever stay anywhere else now when we visit Cheyenne

There is a sign right on the front door that says it is a no smoking facility and yet the girl working behind the counter had her family or friends living in a van parked right outside the front door, smoking. They were there the entire time we were there. Had a dog that barked every time someone walked by. There was a group of them and they would just stand out in the parking lot at their van and smoke cigarettes and let the dog bark. The girl working behind the counter would go out on occasion and talk to them and hangout. Made the hotel look super trashy.

We got overbooked for this hotel but they found us a room and were so kind and helpful. It was late and I had my overtired toddler. The gentleman suggested where to have breakfast and it was great.

Amazing! The room was very clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Staff was very friendly and make sure my boyfriend and I were happy with our stay when we check out. When we come back into town to visit his family, we will definitely be staying here again!

I made our reservation online through Travelocity. When I got to the hotel there was no record of my reservation. My family and I had to scramble to find a room for the night.

Cons: Front desk understaffed. Twice went there to find a sign saying the sole staffer was elsewhere on property. Had to wait for about 5 minutes. They have a well-stocked convenience store but for some reason you can’t charge to your room. Pros: It’s one of the cleanest, best maintained hotels I have stayed in in a while. The kitchen is roomy and convenient. The housekeeping staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall this experience will cause me to seek out the brand for other stays around the country. Plenty of device plugins for my family’s electronics!

The My Place Hotel - Cheyenne, Wyoming was clean, neat and well-run. Miranda at the front desk was exceptionally efficient and helpful. She gave us restaurant recommendations and even helped us figure out how to work our TV. Thanks Miranda! Everything in the room was in working order. We were on the top floor with our child and 2 pets. Just a heads up there is a $25 pet fee, and is close to train tracks which worked for us because our kid loves trains. For light sleepers, the first train horn is at 6 am.

As experienced travelers, My Place Hotel, Cheyenne, WY far exceeded our expectations. They have all the little details that make hotel stays fun. A great shower, clean bathrooms, coffee, breakfast in bed (no kidding!!), a great kitchenette, easy parking, and a super helpful and friendly staff.

Everybody is always so nice there. The beds are super comfortable and it was very clean. We always stay here when visiting family.

nice place to stay for an extended number of days while visiting family in the local area. Convenient to both I80 and I25.
