Clean rooms and a great pool for the kids

Even though they were remodeling rooms on every floor you couldn’t hear it at all. The place is clean with very friendly staff. The kind lady that did the breakfast was totally amazing she always had a smile and a good morning for you. It is so refreshing to see staff take pride in their work. I will definitely stay here again next year. We come in once a year to visit family.

The hotel was great, very clean. We were a little sad there was no water in the hot tub, but the kids were excited about the pool. The staff was great about getting us some breakfast before it even opened

The parking lot was being paved and they wanted us to park across the road at a lot that was not lite and had a car that had missing tires. While the big work trucks got to park in what spaces were open. 2. For the amount we paid we had a small room that the air conditioner did not work in and the pool was closed both days we were there. Breakfast options was not par for a family with little kids because the juice machine was not working and they did not have any other options other than coffee. The hotel we stayed at before was a Best Western in Ontario Oregon and they were amazing. We were not happy with this one stay.

My room was good but the closet and the safe didn't work. My kids room stunk and we had the service lady spray it but the spray came back a couple of hours. You need to shampoo the carpets probably. The breakfast was not like it used to be. Most items were out and there wasn't anything good except the pancakes. What a change in this hotel NOT for the good. Especially for the price
