I had sever medical issues while on vacation with my family. I was taken out of our hotel room by ambulance and had to remain at the hospital awaiting surgery for several days. My husband tried to extend our stay here for him and our 2 & 4 yr old girls. They denied him, told him they were all of a sudden full and to look somewhere else because we booked through Expedia. Absolutely ridiculous! Highly would not recommend. The hospital had to get involved to help find them loading that would accommodate them. Would highly recommend the Red Lion! Wonderful place!

DO NIT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! I read reviews before booking this hotel and they had good reviews. I did not stay at this hotel because upon arrival there was hookers and meth addicts all around the property begging for money and soliciting. My daughter, myself and grand children were fearful and left the area immediately and had to drive to another city before we felt safe.

Nice experience aside from the elephants that stayed in the room above us. They had it all. Thing baby, barking dog and sounded like they were all running across the room all night and were 300 lbs. Not a good night sleep. Really don’t like window ac units either . On and off all night long and noisy. The neighbors not the hotels fault, the ac units are standard issue for lower priced hotels now .

It was a perfect stay for our family of 3 and our dog! The staff was very friendly and the pool was perfect to take our daughter to play after a long day of travel. The room was very nice, clean, and comfortable.

We like staying here because the pool, and other amenities that attract young families are in the basement. The noise and craziness stay down there!

My family and I were visiting to attend the Whiskey Outlaws band show at the Outlaw Saloon. Hotel was very clean and a very friendly staff. It was conveniently located and very affordable. Highly recommend staying here.

Great family friendly hotel with nice breakfast from 6-10 am.

I paid way too much money for this room. I put in my search that my husband and I were staying with my 15 year old and 6 year old sons. We booked the King bed room because it said it has a sofa bed, and that a roll away bed was also optional to add. The room was SO small that only one side of the bed had a night stand (not ok for me and hubby who both wear CPAPs) and there was no room to add a table on the side without one. It was also too small for the rollaway bed. It was crammed between the sofa bed and the ac and it scraped walls when we unfolded it. The sofa bed is my biggest complaint. They should be ashamed to even say it has a sofa bed. Prison inmates are sleeping on thicker mattresses! My son is built like a linebacker and this thing was miserable for him. I wouldn’t pay $100 for this room much less the 2 1/2 times I actually paid for it! None of us slept well and it was a terrible experience. The only saving grace for this review is the late night front desk employee was a very polite and apologetic and helpful man. The comp breakfast was better than some I’ve seen and the breakfast attendant was polite and friendly. It was clean enough. If you’re staying with your family, don’t book a room if a double Queen is not available. You’ll regret it terribly! Almost forgot, the phone was broken in our room so instead of just calling the front desk, I had to take the elevator back to the lobby at midnight after traveling in a car for 16 hours. For $250 for one night… sheesh
