Staybridge Suites Cheyenne, an IHG Hotel

My family and I went down for breakfast at 9:20am, a rude lady told us that breakfast was over at 9:30am, mind you today is Saturday. She started to close down, another guest had to tell her no it’s till 10:30am, then she said oh I’m sorry I thought today was Friday. Meanwhile the food was sitting out and wasn’t fresh and it was cold. We didn’t even eat. My point is, if it’s even till 9:30 you can’t refuse a customer, no customer service at all there. I booked this hotel for the pool. I travel with my two children and sometimes a pool is the only reprieve for them to get their energy out. I would have booked somewhere else had I known.

Excellent service and room. Super clean. The only drawback was the pullout couch is too small for two adults, maybe two small kids. Overall 5 star.

Great overnight stay. 2 bedroom suite was more than enough for our family of 4 (2 teens). Friendly service, clean and updated room and good breakfast. No complaints.

Cheyenne was our destination for this day of our road trip. Great service and loved the space the hotel room offered. The bed certainly could have been better. And the pocket bathroom door was VERY noisy (not good for middle of the night with other people trying to sleep) . We could hear the bathroom door from the unit above us too. Our grandkids enjoyed the pool. The included breakfast was satisfactory. The area is close to shopping and Frontier Days grounds.

Our suit was clean and big enough to keep kids busy, the beds were comfortable and the entire layout was very convenient for us! The pool was clean and so much fun, especially for a rainy day. We enjoyed the breakfast as well. Service was great especially when we needed more blankets in the middle of the night. We will definitely stay again when we’re in Cheyenne!

Our family vacations are a plus when we stay at your properties. The convenient vacation/business get away for everyone. Just like home to us.

Beautiful high end hotel, best property we have ever stayed at. We stayed in a suite with a bedroom and the 2 kids slept in the front area on the sleeper sofa. They had their own tv which was great. The full size fridge was a huge bonus as we were traveling with food and drinks in an ice chest on our road trip. I tend to find IHG hotels, and happy with Holiday Inn Express on our 7 day road trip. This is one step above. From the professional and friendly front desk, to the cleanliness of the room/bathroom and common area, this is worth it! We were towing a trailer and there was parking in the shopping center parking lot across the street which we could keep an eye on from our spacious room.

Great hotel! Clean, quiet, extremely friendly staff, family friendly, great room. Would highly recommend!
