Fairfield Inn & Suites Cheyenne Southwest/Downtown Area

There is always noise coming from train passing the city and I noticed in the bathroom there were no bathroom fan to get rid of smell of family members using bathroom.

Very nive hotel to stop at and good options for breakfast for our family.

The hotel overall was good. Room was clean, pool was small but clean and nice. The lady that checked us in seemed irritated that we were there. Although the lady at checkout was kind and pleasant. The breakfast was decent other than the cartons of milk put out that had an expiration date of the same day we consumed them and were spoiled. Some of the other guests we traveled with complained of the train noise but we felt it was not an issue for our family. We were also not told that the hotel does not provide housekeeping services unless it is requested and the duration of your stay needs to be greater than 3 days to request service. We ran out of towels and had to request them. The front desk staff basically scolded us for doing so. Overall, it was a decent stay. Would stay here again if need be.

The hotel was very clean and newly remodeled from the look. Clean room. Very nice looking. Front desk was fairly friendly. Proximity to downtown was good.. But the hotel description really SHOULD mention that they’re right next to a noisy train yard. Between the noise from the trains and the incessant loud rattling of the wall unit, no one in my family got much sleep. Last, tue buffet looked very lovely… except that because we can down to breakfast 15 minutes before 10, all the hot food was out. When I told the front desk clerk, nothing happened. I understand that it’s close to finishing time, but it shouldn’t matter. Everyone who comes down to the Buffay should get the same food even if it’s inconvenient for the buffet worker to refill.

Excellent hotel, our family loved it. Clean, easy and close to downtown!

Our stay was amazing. Very clean and beds were super comfy. The grandkids loved the pool and we enjoyed the hot tub. The breakfast was excellent also. The building was beautiful.

Got in late but kids still got a chance to get in the pool. The de or was cute and room was very clean.
