Great hotel. Clean. Good breakfast. Pool was perfect for kids. Only complaint was the guests upstairs were loud from 5am-9am. We would absolutely return.

Hotel was okay. Front desk staff was not fantastic. The elevator didn't work and the staff didn't seem bothered at all by this. They didn't mention the broken elevator to me as they were checking me into the 3rd floor, so that was an unpleasant surprise. Apparently it had been broken for a while and I would have expected some apologies for my family having to carry our bags up all the flights of stairs but they didn't worry about apologies or friendliness in any case. I paid $200 for one night so that was rather expensive for apathetic staff and a broken elevator.

For the price, we were very impressed with all that we were offered. There is a pool and a very good breakfast with lots of options. We had space for 6 of us to sleep comfortably in one room with a comfortable pull out couch. The pool was really cold and a little on the smaller side, but my kids didn't mind at all. The room itself was a little tiny, but it had lots of sleeping spaces which was the most important thing to us. It was all very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The person working the check in wasn't really that nice to my husband and kids. She was rude about them being "noisy"-they weren't. And, then jumped my family in the pool area saying they were being loud. Two members of my family went to the second floor and couldn't hear a thing. She was rude until my husband said he wanted to speak with her manager and then she had a complete attitude change. Ridiculous.
