I've always had good experiences with Best Western but this time was not that. It was a bad experience all around and not somewhere I felt comfortable staying with my kids. Not to mention the run down condition of the rooms and hallways, there was broken glass and stains in the hallways that no one bothered to clean. It stunk like pot and there were beer cans littered around the pool.

Some of the furniture in the room was not clean. Otherwise it was clean and the staff was extremely friendly. The only thing we didn’t like was a really high price due to Cheyenne frontier days. Also, both days we were woken up by what sounded like kids running on the third floor which was weird because it said the third floor was closed.

Property was dated and the rooms were very small. We traveled with an infant and it was hard to even fit a portable crib. The elevator was concerning. Breakfast was great though and all off the staff were friendly and helpful.

The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Our room was ground floor and the window opened easily despite being locked. As a mom traveling alone with a young child, that made me feel a bit uncomfortable. My daughter enjoyed the pool. The beds were comfortable. We were woken by construction noise at 4:11 am, but hopefully that’s not a regular issue. Otherwise, it’s a fairly quiet location. The breakfast was great. We would probably stay here again - just not on the first floor.

It was very relaxing and the family suite was very spacious. Food was good, staff were straight foward, and we got free champagne for being VIP Members. It was a 10/10 rating for us!

The property was clean and had a good price. The hot tub was out of order while I stayed which was a bummer. I would recommend to family and friends.
