Convenient and great place to stop with kids and pets! Wonderful restaurant especially on Saturdays in the summer when they have their grill buffet menu and live music. Pool and dog park are great. Would recommend to anyone who needs a place to stop!

My first time back after staying in Little America in 1962 with my family. It’s still a great hotel.

When I made the reservation my wife was happy that we were going to stay at what was once the classiest place in Cheyenne. When we arrived we needed to clean up and go to a family gathering. But we found that there was no soap in the unit for a shower, so I called the front desk and they said they would bring soap right away. We also found that the hair dryer didn’t work. After waiting more than an hour I had to go to the front desk and get both. As an excuse the person at the desk said that the housekeeping staff was gone for the day, it was only 3:30pm. We also found that one outlet in the bathroom didn’t work and the furniture, though pretty, was coming apart and drawers were hard to open. Although we were warned by friends in town not to eat in the restaurant, we went to the breakfast room and bought two egg McMuffins, that claimed to have bacon in them. Upon unwrapping them we found that they had muffin, egg, cheese but sausage instead of bacon. No big tragedy, just a sign of how careless the management and staff seem to be. I lived in Cheyenne when Little America was built and knew it to be a classy place. Now it has aged badly. I was unimpressed by the unit and service and believe it should be rated at no more than three star.
