The staff was amazing & cordial. They were always available & friendly. The only negative is the rooms were very small & the rub was stopped up. Once i spot with the staff, it was repaired that day. Overall a good experience. The kids LOVED the cookies...

Friendly and professional staff. Highly recommend, especially for families visiting students attending Marquette University. It was a quick 15 minute walk to the University (6 blocks away). I felt very safe and comfortable staying at the hotel and walking to the University. The rooms were clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. The only complaint that I have is the food at the restaurant. I had the Meatloaf dinner and It seemed to been warmed up in a microwave. Maybe it was just a fluke that I had. Overall, my hotel stay was wonderful!!!!

Its in a great spot for visiting everything took my kids and they were very acomidating
