Great hotel to stay at to attend a Bucks game at Fiserv Forum. Stayed with our family. Small, but nice pool. Would stay again for another trip to MKE.

Could barely get in the driveway off the busy street because there were too many vehicles to park and an overwhelmed valet service Lobby area was very loud, full of kids running around, and uncomfortable. Their breakfast is all prepackaged processed food that you buy by the piece. Room was fine, bed comfortable but street noise (cars/sirens) all night.

The staff was fantastic and very friendly. The location was great. Our family used all of the amenities and had a wonderful time. The only bad thing is no ice machines.

At first glance, the hotel looks very nice- modern, well kept, clean. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We utilized the valet for parking as we are not familiar with the area. The rooms are nice. However, you should not room with anyone that you would be uncomfortable with them hearing all bodily functions. It’s a very open floor plan, the bathroom door is sliding and didn’t close the gaps. The hotel in general is sonorous - you can hear all the street traffic, every conversation in the hallway. There are lots of snack options in the lobby. Pool was small, but quite comfortably warm and my kids loved it. Short walk from downtown, but not in the thick of it. Lots of bars close by (not what we were there for).

Gore was good. Company thymes use for valet parking is horrible. Car came back full pigeon droppings and the kid moving the car laughed and said sorry call the main number.

2/23/19 stayed at hotel with family while attending the Milwaukee BUCKS game. Great location for all of the local flavors and drinks were all walking distance. Hotel was very clean. Had a delay in check in that the manger of the hotel contacted me. Apologized for the issue. Addressed the issue and provided me with a hotel stay on my next trip in March. Jeanrejibel the hotel manager showed me the commitment to customer service. Awesome experience overall.
