The property was nice and the bedrooms very comfortable. I slept very well. There’s a food hall connected to the hotel which was incredibly convenient and the food is good. My only concern was as I was resting in my room , some kids tried to get into my room. It wasn’t a problem so much so I ignored it. However a few minutes later , some random person actually keyed into and opened my door. I called the front desk and let them know and they weren’t sure how that had happened. My room was 232 and they said that a couple and two kids had checked into the room beside me and that somehow maybe they’d been accidentally given my key.

It was nice being so close to the events we were attending and a bonus was having the 3rd Street Market attached to the hotel. Good fun and things to do, kids like the bags and shuffle board.

I had asked for an early check in, which the hotel was able to accommodate upon arrival. We had asked for a crib/pack n play to be brought to our room. Which they did. I also asked for a late check out. cause my husband and baby came down with a nasty cold, they also helped out with. I understand that this might not always be the case, but they were very helpful. They have a starbucks/cafe on site, and are attached to the third street market. And two short blocks to the Baird/ Wisconsin Center. I would stay again!

This property was directly connected to the 3rd Street Market which is a food court like entertainment area for the whole family! You never have to leave if you don't want to. It's also walk-able to so many great restaurants and attractions! We would for sure stay again!

Rooms are very outdated, had to switch rooms upon arrival due to wet carpet/smells that still existed on another floor. Feedback was similar from friends/family that stayed while attending a wedding.

The hotel was fine, employees were nice and helpful. For about an hour, around 9 pm, there were adults and children yelling and rough housing in the hall on our floor. It finally quieted down about 10 or 10:30. This was NOT the hotel's fault. If the noise had lasted any longer, I would have called the front desk and complained.

Overall nice hotel. Staff was super nice. We had reserved a King suite with a pull out bed and had two adults and 3 kids. I didn't think to ask at check-in but would have thought the staff would have asked knowing who was in the room and what is provided - the room did not have extra pillows for the pull out and it only had a fitted sheet and thin blanket. No other sheets or blankets. I also forgot to ask about a roll away bed. Once in the room and we saw what we had we requested a roll away bed and extra blankets which were delivered in about an hour. We also needed to ask for extra towels as there were only 4 in the room. Overall the staff was very nice though and brought us what we needed after asking!

Dad and 4-year old son trip to Bucks game. The hotel is fine, kind of in rough shape but I don't get too worked up over that. The service was GREAT. At check-in they went above and beyond to get me checked in early. They were friendly to me and my kid the entire time. Then location was perfect for us. Walkable to Bucks game. Then having 3rd Street Market Hall attached to the hotel is a game changer. Being able to have several food options, game and entertainment without having to leave the hotel was amazing. Already planning our next Bucks game here. And once again, the people were so nice at front desk and breakfast.

This was the best hotel we've ever stayed at while visiting family in Milwaukee. I will be using this hotel for all of my trips from now on. The staffing over Thanksgiving were so kind to our kids and family.we are grateful to have found this hotel to spend the holidays at.
