The hotel was amazing and we loved the history behind it. Checking in the staff was wonderful however the evening staff was rude. Overall our family enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect!

Great customer service. A little outdated in the room and it was not as clean as I'd like it to be ecspecially with an infant it said online there were bassinets but when I got there I got a plat pen that was basically on the floor and looked unclean. I'd say work on cleanliness but a decent property!

It’s perfect for family night but the sofa bed is a little uncomfortable as it bend in from what the kids are telling us. They did not have good rest. They end up with back sore.
