Saint Kate - The Arts Hotel

We chose this hotel for a family trip to celebrate birthday. Absolutely wonderful experience and gorgeous hotel! Beautiful room (Lon Michels), very friendly staff and we especially appreciated the gift and birthday wishes! Very nice museum and kid friendly gift shop and text messages were a big plus! Very highly recommended!

Had a great stay at Saint Kate’s. Came for a staycation, as we live within 30 min of the hotel, and had a wonderful stay! We’ve been here many times previously for drinks and food before shows or after work, but staying here took it to the next level. Front desk staff were super kind and helpful. The room was just what we were looking for - clean, surprisingly quiet, and great views of downtown! Would love to come back again, and will definitely be recommending to friends and family when they’re in town next

Staff was amazing! Hotel was a perfect location to get around. Front Office Supervisor McKayla was phenomenal in her job! She make you feel like family as well as makes sure she remembers you! She made this stay fabulous! The only thing that needs help is food service wait for 45 minutes for breakfast order when not busy. Highly recommend otherwise!!! Will be back!

Great spot. Wonderful experience. even for a family with a restless 5 y/o. Could have a few kid friendly meal options, but that is not their brand right now, but they did their best, and delivered!

The hotel was amazing. We loved the room and all the art work. We went for a wedding there, the recwption hall was very careless, severing the bride and groom famlies last. Then they informed us the tables were being removed for dancing. Should have set up the bridal families in an area were they would be serviced better throughout the reception.

I have stayed in countless hotels in my life and this is the first one ever to include conditioner in the shower. This is such a small thing, but reflects on the place as a whole. So many small thoughtful details comprise this hotel. Champagne upon arrival, a treat for my kids, coffee outside of every elevator, clean rooms, record player in the room, beautiful and unique art throughout. I actually chose to stay in the room more than I have on other trips just because I enjoyed it so much. ONLY downside, and I’m not sure how to remedy this, is that we were on the 3rd floor and the fitness center is on the 4th floor, which caused the deep sound of dropping weights above my head upon occasion.

Beautiful hotel and nice stay. Felt welcome upon arrival with a glass of champagne. Loved the artwork although definitely more abstract. Room was comfortable with exception of mold/mildew in sink and bathroom due to poor ventilation, and thin walls. There is a little uke for decoration and our neighbor's kid decided to play it at 6am and woke us up :(. Great location and easy parking too. Would have given 5 if not for the moldy sink.

We really enjoyed our one-night stay at Saint Kate. The hotel is very beautiful. Upon arrival we did the valet and the gentlemen who took our car was very friendly. Our check in was smooth and I loved the champagne offered, it was a nice touch! Our room was very lovely. We also enjoyed the bar and lounge area with live music and staff there were friendly there. We ordered pizzas from their kitchen and those were very tasty. My only negative, and reason I didn't select 5 stars, was that our room did not come with a ukulele and the record player in there was not properly hooked up (missing a cord). This was somewhat disappointing as these were room features we were excited about! But we called the front desk and someone brought us a ukulele quickly however the record player was never fixed. I did tell the front desk when we checked out and the person put an engineering order in (so at least the next person who had that room could also have a functioning record player!). I'm sure most guests don't even use these things but we are a music family! Even considering the minor let downs with our room, I would choose/stay at Saint Kate again!

The fire alarm was set off at 3AM, with no explanation to what was going on, my 7 year old, 3 month old baby, and senior mother, myself and husband were terrified.
