The 2 bedroom 2 bath suite was perfect for my family to socialize and hang out. The only complaint I have is the mattress could have been more comfortable. They said a remodel is coming and that should get taken care of.

We always stay here when traveling to see family and never had an issue until this stay. We had to change rooms because the bedspread had a huge wet spot that looked like the cleaners just tried to clean up pee and poop. It was disgusting, but they allowed us to switch rooms.

Everything was excellent except for check-in when I had to wait for 30 minutes while the receptionist could not locate our reservation from Expedia. Then he had to call Expedia. It was late and my family was tired. Once checked in things went well. The room was excellent other than a stain on the carpet near the sink and missing bedding for the pull-out sofa that we had to retrieve from the front desk since only one staff member was on duty.

Been to a lot of these breakfast- included hotels...and this breakfast was really much better than even more expensive hotels. Not a ton of options, but those they had were well-executed. Room was perfect for our needs - a family of 5 with one member who needs to be separated from the rest for sensory issues. 2 separate bedrooms/baths, plus shared middle space made this a perfect setup for our crew.

We stayed at the Sonesta and the end of a white water camping trip with the family. Very nice suites with kitchen and fridge. Family felt beds were very comfortable. I am a heavier guy and found them to be too soft. Very clean. Staff is very polite and helpful. Pool was clean. Breakfast had eggs and meat for me, potatoes, cereal and pancakes for the kids. 3 different coffee levels. Convenience store for snacks in lobby. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. 5 minutes to the airport if needed.

Needs some updating and TLC. TV remote and room phone didn't work at all. Nice size room with kitchen, living room area, bedroom and bathroom. Buffet breakfast had several hot items - scrambled eggs, bacon, hash browns ad pancakes. The pool was very nice, but taken over by kids at the time. Nothing else within walking distance of the hotel - it is fairly close to downtown but sits on a hill in a business-park type area that never really took off.

Our room had a kitchenette, which we don't normally get, with even more expensive rooms. Also, it was very roomy, with a couch, table and fireplace. Due to being in town for a concert, we didn't have time to take advantage of the pool, but it was heated and had shaded tables for families. Staff were all friendly and helpful and the complementary breakfast was above average.

They were the most accommodating and kind staff I have ever dealt with. We needed several things for our stay including toothpaste and pads which they offered at no additional cost and let us have a late check out that really saved us a lot of headache having an 18 month old and a person with limited mobility visiting. They were also so so nice asking us regularly if we needed anything. The room was massive with a full fridge, dishwasher, microwave and stovetop. It would have been great for a week stay to not have to eat out every day. Continental breakfast was vast and pool was nice (outdoor). Just as a note this property is in a business complex about 5-10 minute drive from downtown so will need a car to get around. The “gym” was two treadmills and an elliptical but the YMCA is 5 minutes away and does day passes. I have family in the area will be staying here regularly when I visit I was so impressed!
