Sleep Inn Charleston

Stayed for two nights on a mini vacation. The location was great just outside of Charleston but a short 7-8 minute highway drive to the downtown area. It is also very conveniently located just off the exit ramp. There is a family style restaurant right in front of the hotel with great food. The hotel staff were all helpful and friendly from the front desk to housekeeping. The complimentary hot breakfast provided was an additional bonus with lots of choices. The area around the hotel felt very safe with adequate lighting in the parking lot and night time security patrol. Our room was very clean with a comfortable bed and pillows and the shower was hot with good water pressure. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to any of my friends traveling to Charleston.

The staff was extremely friendly, especially to our little kids. Easy check in/out and parking. They provided a pack n play for free and it was nice having complementary breakfast in the morning.

Just a one-night stay with my family. Excellent under every point of view.

This place was just ok. Some things need.to be cleaned better for sure. Other than the faxt it was halfway for us we would not stay here again Don't eat at the family restaurant next door, food was horrible.

We loved everything about our stay here!! Sparkling clean room; comfy bed with several pillow comfort options, snacks, breakfast, and a staff that made us feel we were coming home. This is our go-to Charleston hotel. Oh! Great family restaurant next door.

Nice hotel, free warm breakfast. Room felt humid when I arrived. But adjusted the thermostat and it quickly cooled the room to a comfortable temperature. No tub just a unique looking shower stall. I prefer showers anyway but if you had young children to bathe it would be difficult. Reminded me of a cruise ship bathroom. But it was comfortable.

When visiting family in West Virginia this is the place I stay. Very friendly and the rooms are nice and clean.

Liked that there was a family restaurant right next door. Otherwise, I would say that it was a typical hotel. It was quiet.

The hotel itself was fine - comfortable clean, free wi-fi, good breakfast. But do not eat at the "family" restaurant next door. Lousy food and service. No other options nearby.
