My family and I had a good stay at this hotel. The lady who greeted us at the reception desk was wonderful and very helpful in telling us about Charleston. The hotel was clean and well kept. It was a great overnight stop on our trip

The smell was horrendous. What I booked looked very large in the pictures. It was a dinky little room for a very expensive price. The smell though, omg! As soon as we walked in our room we got slapped in the face with the smell of diarrhea. We had to keep the bathroom door shut. Taking a shower smelt like someone was pooping next to me. It also smelled really bad outside the building. The room temp was set at 80. Why?! I have a baby and we just drove 100s and 100s of miles to stay at a 3 star hotel that was most certainly not even comparable to most 2 star hotels. I was very disappointed. Also there was no pool, and the internet said there was. We would not ever recommend.
