We weren't too excited about our first room because there was no fridge and a pair of socks and a shirt on the floor. They were so kind when we called and they moved us to a beautiful corner suite. I couldn't have asked for better service. You helped create beautiful memories for my family. Wonderful job guys!

The hotel was fabulous! My grandkids loved the decor-Lucky, the stuffed tiger, was a huge hit. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff super-friendly. The location near the park and Centre for performing arts meant we didn’t need to drive anywhere. We will definitely go back!

My stay began with the valet folks turning me away because I had a UHaul trailer and they didn't want to deal with it. That's OK, but they were quite rude and wouldn't even let me stop in front of the hotel briefly to unload, and couldn't suggest anywhere else for me to unload or park; so just overall very unhelpful. Even though our reservation requested a pet friendly room and we signed a pet waiver at checkin (and paid a pet fee!), there were no pet facilities in the room (no dog bed or food bowls, etc.). We also requested a crib for our baby and while that was in the room, it wasn't set up and was partly broken. Overall very disappointing service.
