Amazing staff! Great location! Very helpful, friendly and provided excellent service. My kids and mother were waiting in the lobby as we finished a conference next door and the staff offered them water bottles and their delicious chocolate chip cookies!

For 3 days we were at the pool where families were eating pizza, sandwiches, etc. on the 4th day, we were approached by a security guard and told no food or drink was allowed at the pool. No signage when you entered the pool except to say no alcohol, glass or smoking allowed, but way on the other side, once you were at the pool, it was in small print under pool rules. Absolutely unacceptable especially since the restaurant was closed until 4:30. We were allowed to move to an upper level of the pool to finish our lunch. We couldn’t see our kids in the pool well. We were again sitting at the pool watching 2 families bring food in to the pool area shortly after we were told no food! Although the security guard was very polite, the right thing to do is either put no food or drinks on the sign entering the pool, or allow it! The hotel needs some updating as well, especially at that price per night. We won’t be staying there again

Food from restaurant was gross, charged us $25 for a rollaway bed, charged us $22 for overnight parking, there was a drag show going on at the convention center so that was nice for the kids. Good location is about the only thing I can say. Won’t be booking this hotel again, I will look elsewhere. Thank you.

Was in town to visit family. People at front desk were very friendly and helpful. Hotel is in a great location. Parking is too expensive.

The best part of our experience was the cookie. The bathroom had hair on the toilet seat as well as the tub. We had an infant, 8 weeks old sleeping in a stroller, covered with a blanket and a manager came up to us and kicked us out of the bar area b/c she said children weren’t allowed at the bar. This was a poor common sense decision as the baby was out cold sleeping. She wasn’t at the bar. We had stopped for a night cap and was rudely sent away. Not a good family experience. The dogs get better treatment at Double Tree over our infant grand daughter. Shame on them! We weren’t notified that we need 24 hour notice for house keeping, so we missed the boat on a refresh. Would have been nice to learn that at check in so we could have set it up. The breakfast buffet was no more than continental options and cost $18.00, yikes. Instant oatmeal, fruit and cold cereal. There were under cooked pancakes and bacon and sausage. I guess that was their “Above and Beyond” effort. Very disappointing. We will spend our money elsewhere our next visit to Spokane or anywhere else we have a choice of hotels.

The bed mattress was extremely hard. The pillows appeared fluffy but were flat. We were not offered the signature cookies. The kids were disappointed. When being checked in the person had to stop a few times to answer the phone…. The manager was adequate but not friendly, no smile etc. They didn’t provide any information where things were located etc. Under staffed and lines for checking in….
