Stayed here for daughter’s volleyball tournament. We found our room to be sub par for what you’d expect from a HILTON family hotel. Our couch was a pull out but we never used it because it looked as if it was pick out of the trash outside and completely worn out and falling apart. Barely had any towels on hand as well. The hallways smelled like pee and potpourri at the same time. Just horrible all around. Sheet talking to other family from our team that stayed there we all shared the same experience

It was not what was offered when being booked. The pool was out of service, the furniture in the rooms was severely beat up and run down, the toilet in the bathroom was rocking because it was not sealed well and the elevator quit working forcing my family and I many trips up and down the stairs with heavy luggage. I feel for anyone who may have a disability and having to stay at this double tree location. I initially asked for a little money off our stay but I feel it should be more. The hotel is also going through extreme renovations and it should be noted on their booking through expedia. One of the worst stays I’ve had in a very long time. I would have never thought staying at a Double Tree would be this bad!

The sofa and the ottomans were peeling. Looked really old. Left a bad taste as I walked into the room. Since my family were very tired and were leaving in a few hours I didn’t bother to call the manager. The beds seemed like they were slept in. Not how the staff should tidy the beds. Definitely not Doubletree quality and certainly NOT Hilton quality.

They needed a lifeguard in the swimming pool to control the children and there was way too many kids in the pool my grandson was only able to swim. All the kids running up and down the hall all night was not acceptable we paid good money to stay there and the amount of chaos was ridiculous will not stay there again on next trip to see family.

Don’t believe all the good reviews on this property. While the staff is very nice and friendly, the rooms ranked in the top 3 worst hotels we’ve ever stayed in. The beds were so hard that our entire family didn’t sleep well and woke up sore. Couch and footstools were flaking and peeling and couldn’t sit there without it getting on your clothes. Desk chair was broken and felt unstable. Shower head sprayed every direction except on the person showering, the tub creaked and felt like you could fall through the floor at any minute, and there was mold in the grout and on the horrible patch job over the shower. The fact that this hotel thinks their such a high end hotel that they charge for the same breakfast that others provide for free also said a lot. We couldn’t wait to check out and move on and would not be willing to stay there again.

Our stay was comfortable and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The pool was perfect for the kids. The room needs some serious updating, new carpets, sofas and cupboards in the kitchenettes.

hotel was convenient to family. Our room was clean and neat, had everything we needed for a one night stay. I would suggest that they think about putting a couple of plates in the room as they have a small fridge and a microwave. I had to call Hotels.com as the hotel tried to add a charge ($19.00 plus taxes) which was removed after a rep spoke with the hotel. The young lady who helped me at Hotels.com was efficient and understood my request and took care of it immediately. She was friendly and I was thankful for her understanding.
