Service was top tier from check-in to check-out. The staff at the front desk greeted me by name each evening when i returned from each day's adventures. They also provided great recommendations of activities for our family to do while on vacation. Rooms were nice and housekeeping did an excellent job cleaning each day.

We were visiting Oregon and we stayed for 3 nights in this really nice hotel. Let me enumerate reasons to stay here: newer hotel, safe and very cheap parking fee, free breakfast with chic dining area with 24 hours free coffee ,indoor pool, has a free shuttle going to airport with a TV monitor flight info, staff is welcoming , room rates are competitive and most of all, they have a room that can accommodate family of 5 since not all hotel offers this. I would definitely stay here next time I come visit Portland.

Our stay was wonderful. The hotel is brand new. Great stay. The only thing for us was the occupant above us have a child that runs and stomps crazy. We don't mind in the morning and most of our stay there, we were out. But at night, when it is 7-10 pm and all you want is to rest for a long tiring day, the noise is not helping. I had to call the reception to tell them the issue as we tried to wait till the stomping will stop but it did not. Maybe they should make sure that if there is a child, to put them in a lower level to avoid this kind of issue. Over all, our stay was very nice. I would go back and book in this hotel again in the future! :-)

The hotel had an easy check in process, the shower had very convenient pump shampoo/cond./body wash instead of the little disposable tubes you often get, and the amenities were wonderful. The bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was stocked well. My children especially enjoyed the make-your-own pancake machine. Target is a quick walk, if you need to get out and stretch your legs. Shuttle to the airport was easy to schedule at the front desk, and arrived on time and was efficient.
