Convenient location for attending baseball games at Harmony field. Costco nearby. No complaints about hotel. Lots of kids stay there for sports events so the lobby can be a bit loud .

I stayed 1 night at this location with my family. It is in a great spot, next to an arcade for family fun and a lot of food options. The hotel room was clean. I didn't have much interaction with staff since you can do a precheck in which does save some time upon arrival (wish other hotels did that). Good experience and will definitely be back.

These rooms are quite special and elegantly appointed. I slept like a baby it was so quiet. (The only caveat to that is that when other guests close their heavy doors it sounds a bit like a vault closing) but overall really special and I wished I could stay another day. Will come back again!

They wanted $30 to check in early even when they had rooms available. Breakfast was an extra $30. Breakfast didn’t open until 7am. We had baseball families with early games who could not get breakfast due to the fact they didn’t start until 7. Would not stay here again.

Two weeks ago husband rented a hotel room for me. I was burned out, and in lack of some very needed sleep with 3 young kids. I was supposed to stay by myself for the night, and sleep. If your a parent and primary caregiver, you know what this simple act meant to me. We checked into the hotel and upon getting into our room right on one of the chairs was a black lingerie lace cami. I set it aside. I curled up with my book and read till almost 2:00am. Slightly after 8am a young lady bursted through the door to my room, abruptly waking me from my sleep. I immediately grabbed my phone ready to call the police or in worst case scenario to use as a weapon. She said "sorry" and abruptly shut the door. It was not housekeeping, no knock, no nothing. I could not go back to sleep. As I was checking out I was waiting the usual, "How was our stay" line, it did not come, all I got was a "Your all set".I then started with the intruder in the morning and the curious lingerie, I explained the only reason why my husband did this for me was to get some REST. Her comments to me were not exactly apologetic, I enquired on what they can do to maybe make this up to me and she responded by saying since you booked through a third party, meaning Hotels.com, there is nothing I can do (as if I'm not their customer as well). So all future guests beware, if you don't book directly through them, you don't matter! Either the two incidents are linked, or our room wasn't cleaned, strangers can get in rooms

We stay here a couple times per year while we visit family locally and always enjoy our stay! The only downside is no breakfast included in the stay and that would be something we would love with our 2 kiddos usually traveling with us!

Very nice property and great location. Safe, clean, seamed like it was on the newer side. The pool was clean and decent temp (a little colder than average, but tolerable). I was travelling with a 6 year old. This property was probably more "adult friendly" as far as the perks and amenities but was still family friendly as well. There was happy hour in the evenings (not free) and breakfast in the morning for a decent price. Overall, I would say this is a great hotel and would stay again.
