This hotel is a great hotel for business and family travels. I did a little bit of both for this vacation and my little son really enjoyed the pool and hot tub and free breakfast. The fast internet was only $5/day and worked well to support my day of video meetings. The location is close to all the stores, restaurants and grocery stores you could ever need. Parking lot had a lot of availability and we felt very safe there. Staff was also super nice. Only trouble we had was the first night we were on the top floor and a wind storm blew in that caused the exterior hanging a/c unit to wail loudly every 45 mins or so when there was a big gust. Even covering it with pillows we could still hear the wail. Needless to say none of us got any sleep that night but the front desk was super helpful in getting us a room on the 3rd floor west side of the hotel, so we would be in the lee of the wind and it was super quiet. We would definitely stay again (but not on the top floor).

This hotel met our basic needs. It was close to the soccer fields where my child had a game. It was generally noisy though. We could hear our neighbors’ young kids very well. The toilet would make a low volume alarm sound for a few minutes after flushing. It’s fine for a 1-2 night stay.

This hotel was great. Very nice, clean, and well taken care of in general. The continental breakfast was better than most with quite a variety of options which I very much appreciated. My family of 6 traveled in for a wedding, and we were able to fit us all in a two queen bed suite because the couch had a trundle bed. For me, the only reason it didn’t get a “10/10” was because they didn’t have a pack n play available and the continental breakfast still could have been better. Wet, soggy eggs and under done sausage as the protein choices just don’t do it for me.

Perfect room for 3 adults & 1 child. Enjoyed having living room couch and table instead of sitting on beds when in the room. Perfect location close to food and shopping.

Not sure why but kind of annoying that I was almost on the borderline of feeling interrogated on why my I. D says the same city.. So I had to get in great depth about how I'm from this town, but don't live here anymore and just haven't changed my I. D I do still have Grown kids that live here so yes I'm here. A lot.. Can't believe I had to get so personal after spending almost two hundred dollars for a room.. It would be different if it was a nice friendly pleasant conversation but it was more of kind of an attitude like I owe her an explanation. I don't like that..

We have stayed at this hotel several times and generally enjoy our stay. I am not sure if management has changed hands or what, but this time was less than stellar. First off - there were never towels in the pool area. We were given several reasons ("We just don't put them out in the morning", to "they are in the dryer - we don't have any"). I understand that the hotel was busier than normal, but its not like they didn't know that would be the case. This issue leads to more than just a minor inconvenience as the floors in the hallway and elevator were often left with puddles of water. And that leads me to another issue. There were a large amount of families staying there for a hockey tournament. I have kids - I understand the need to play. But the need to play hockey in the front lobby where people are trying to check in/out, and walk in and out of the building, was ridiculous. I also understand parents who just let their kids run wild, but at what point is the safety (think of an elderly person walking through there), and comfort of other people staying at the hotel, trumped by kids that could just have easily been practicing their hockey moves outside? It appeared that the front lobby clerks were either intimidated to say something to the parents, or just did not care. Either way, it reflects poorly on the hotel experience, and the hotel chain itself.
