The rooms were nice. The pool needed a cleaning. It had floating boogers and what looked like spit up in the pool but to be fair there were a ton of kids there the weekend we stayed. Does not have a hot tub like observed on the website and we asked for more towels for our room and never received them. The overall room however was very nice and the staff were wonderful at check in. Overall it wasn’t a bad experience and we would stay here again.

My family and I enjoyed the hotel. The kids said the pool was a bit chilly but still fun. The only complaint we had was that the food we got delivered from room service was not that good. We order fries and garlic bread. They both came lukewarm at best and a bit soggy like they had been sitting for a while. The staff was amazing and the room was nice as well.

When I booked, I was given to understand that the place will be noisy with the airplanes / property next to airport. In the 4 nights that I stayed, I heard the airplane once. The staff is friendly, the hotel is clean and the mall just one exit (5 min) away. Altogether the family had a wonderful stay.

Service at the front desk was wonderful. We did order room service and the man that brought the food up was very polite- unfortunately the kids burgers were charred. The room was clean. There were blankets for the pullout couch. The bathroom was clean. The shampoo and conditioner were out. We requested extra towels and they were brought up within 30 minutes.

My room had everything I needed for a combined work/family visit trip. Just wish they would have freshened up the room each day, though I knew I could have asked for that. Breakfast was excellent and room service for dinner the first night was great, Tracy at front desk was very friendly and efficient. I appreciated being able to borrow an umbrella for the day!

We loved this family friendly property. The complimentary breakfast is delish and the kids loved that the front desk hands out food to feed the fish. One of the highlights for the kids is the pool is open from 7 am to 11 pm so they got a lot of water play time ! So close to food and IKEA :). Definitely recommend and will be returning

Fun atmosphere. The staff at the front and restaurant were awesome. Great place for families. The pool was a big bonus for our kids.
