Nice, quiet, family oriented property. Close to many dining and shopping options. Breakfast wasn’t bad at all.

I’ve been staying here for 3 years due to my child being in college. Everyone is always nice & pleasant. But to see roaches is a problem

The staff were incredibly nice - even giving cookies to our kids upon check-in, and engaging them in conversation. We very much enjoyed the stay and all of the staff we chatted with. The hotel itself was clean and welcoming, and the pool was great! Would definitely stay here again.

A family became ill and we had one night left to stay. I went thru proper procedures to request a refund on the last night and it was denied by the hotel. I was disappointed on the lack of compassion from the hotel with the fact I did not plan on my family member getting ill and had to cut our trip short and get back home. I would have been happy with a credit toward another stay and that was not even offered. I wish the hotel would have worked me on this issue.

We enjoyed how welcoming and clean the hotel was. It had a refreshing scent throughout the building, the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was tasty. This will be where we’ll stay, every time we visit the area. I will definitely recommend them to my family and friends.

We were very pleased with everything about our stay. We were just just going to stay one night but stayed two. Breakfast was the best compared to all the other places we stayed at. Staff very attentive and gave extra attention to the kids. our room was spacious thank you

Very good service. Requested a room change because of a noisy family next door. The two rooms had a joining door between and even with both doors closed, the sound went right through. Lady at desk changed rooms for us with no problem. Very nice rooms, and no problems after move.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. By the end of the trip, they knew my family by name. I was very impressed by the room. It was clean (including the carpets), comfortable, and completely affordable. The towels and comforter were plush and soft. The bed itself was extremely comfortable. The bathroom was clean. The location of the hotel was ideal. There is easy access to the major highways (64, 264) and close enough to VaBeach and Norfolk that you could avoid using highways. My only complaint is that the pillows were too soft for my taste. Overall, a wonderful stay! I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends. Next time I come to Norfolk/Va Beach, I will definitely stay here.
