We were just traveling through the area and decided to try this hotel out without knowing anything about the area. It was a great find! We had a room with two queen beds and a fold out couch, which worked great for our large family. The front desk staff were nice and helpful and provided extra pillows and blankets. We returned late one night, and the staff allowed us to use the hot tub after hours, which we were very appreciative for. The complimentary breakfast was good, too. On our way through the area again we stayed another night here since the first went so well. We would return again.

We came up for a quick trip to visit family. We stayed three nights. The only thing we find to be not to expectation was the carpet in our room. When our kids walked around the room their feet looked like they had been walking outside barefoot. We would stay again if the opportunity arises.

We just needed it for a night. They accommodated my family of 6 and 3 dogs. The room was sufficient. We just needy beds and shower, not the Hilton. It was comfortable, safe and cheap. If that’s what you need you will find it here.

I rented the room for family visiting for graduation. They checked in late and got a room that immediately provoked a strong mold induced asthma attack. They could not be moved since the hotel was fully booked. They were told I would be refunded as they walked out of the lobby moments later. Contacted Expedia. They tried to contact the hotel. No refund given. In a nutshell, check in early, make sure your room is on the upper level.

The lady that works at night was amazing. Such a nice girl. We had an issue on our first night and she tried to resolve it quickly, when it couldn't be fixed she moved us to a new room that was still close to the rest of our family. The lady that worked at the breakfast area went above and beyond. Breakfast was great, rooms could use some updates but nothing bad. We had a wonderful 3 night stay. I would recommend. It also had a pretty view towards the back of the property.

The room was clean, but furniture was showing its age. My biggest complaint was that the toilet in the room was very short and the bowl was unusually shallow. It looked like it was designed for a child! Very inconvenient and frustrating.

We love this hotel and stay in it every time we drive from Tennessee to New Hampshire for family. The rooms are large and comfortable, the staff is friendly, the breakfast is perfect for my family of 5. It is right next door to a grocery store and a pizza place, so we always have options when we roll in late and tired.

The first room we were given was half clean and ready. Beds made but bath was dirty. Move to second room and it was clean but on third and last day there saw roaches in room. Also lobby bathroom out of order the entire stay so had to bring kids up and down to room during breakfast to use the restroom. Also the ice machines were out of order the entire stay. Hotel staff were nice but said they could not adjust or reimburse us for part of stay as we booked through 3rd party- Expedia. What can Expedia do about this? Good things about this hotel were cost, convenient location, breakfast and hot coffee, cocoa and tea available 24 hours. Also cute letter/ Santa mailbox for kids in lobby. Good things
