Hotel was perfect for family gathering in Roanoke area. Loved the comfortable Lobby and outdoor space to play with our grandson.

Sadly the room i was given smell like smoke and i did inform the staff. The staff was amazing and even provided breakfast vouchers for me and family to make up for it.

While in our room you could hear people running above us. Everytime the commode would flush either in room beside of us or above us you could hear the water. The walls and ceiling must be paper thin. As many hotels my family and I have stayed at I have never been able to hear any of these things. We went to lobby to grab a few snacks and a bottle of water. I could see paying maybe $10-$15. Nope it was like purchasing something from an airport over $35 which is outrageous. We will never stay there again
