Loved the pantry. Front desk clerks very friendly. I had a wonderful time staying at this hotel. I'd definitely stay again or suggest it to family and friends

The front desk staff was awesome, friendly, and accommodating. The food was also tasty. Should I ever port out of Norfolk again I would definitely stay this hotel and will recommend to friends and family.

Was woke up EARLY am out my sleep with a newborn baby to a fire alarm! No accommodation or accountability of being inconvenient to paying customers. Front desk staff stated that it was a false alarm. Yet, fire department was walking in . I will not chance paying this much money for this customer service again . Heard EVERYTHING while trying to sleep .

We enjoyed our stay at this property! The staff was super sweet. The decor in the lobby and halls were nice. I would definitely say the bathrooms need the same nice updates as the other areas of the hotel. The bar and restaurant had good food. The breakfast was amazing! The kiddos love the indoor pool, I do recommend some gripping on the floors because it was really slippery. 10 minutes from the airport and they have a shuttle!

In town with family for a wedding, our stay was very nice. Professional staff, clean and comfortable beds. I will be back for a longer stay.

The room was dirty, found child's clothing in the cubby of the desk. The floor was nasty and unmopped. The bed was not too comfortable, had stains on the sheets. The morning front desk lady was awesome though, night shift one, not so much.
