Every time my family visit VA we stay at The Sonesta. But I notice this is time hooks and towel paper holder falling off the walls. Management should do a sweep of the rooms from time to time.

Nice secluded area. Overall the stay was quiet and uneventful. Our suite did have a few snags however. The stopper in the tub (we reported) was inoperable. We have small children so shower only or a running bath was not ideal. To the cleaning staff, please be mindful to clean the sofas and pull out. They're was a noticeable amount of pet hair on the sofa. Also, a cookie in the floor under the pull out. The kitchen floor also needed a scrub. We had a water spill and the clean-up towel was dark after cleanup. Staff was accommodating. Can't beat the price, but please do take care.

I have no issues regarding my stay. However I wish people kids weren’t running around so late. They also informed me when I got there about paying for parking.

I came here because of the reviews but I was truly dissapointed. I normally dont write reviews but the place needs tons of work. I was mortified when my husband put his bag in the closet and 2 baby roaches ran out of the closet. I literally didn't want to stay there. Overall okay stay and ill prob never go back there.However, the front desk staff was really nice.

better than decent extended stay sort of place. loved the gym and the family room, the room itself was clean and spacious and well equipped for an extended stay. will use this place again.
