The proximity to restaurants and freeway access is great but the hotel itself was not a good experience. When we first checked in they gave us a room that smelt awful as if it hadn’t been cleaned or attended to in a while. The smell was unbearable so we asked to be moved to a different room. Then our last night there as my fiancée, 2 month old daughter and family were walking into hotel three masked men came in behind them attempting to rob everyone. They fled the scene because of the amount of people in the lobby but when the dissatisfaction was expressed to the manger about the overall experience (smell of the room and negligence of safety for guests) she brushed it off by saying “well no one was hurt so….” I understand there are some things out of their total control but as a manager to express no empathy or apology for the horrible experience is ridiculous and unacceptable!

The staff was amazing Especially Amy Lucas at front desk and the morning & evening shift bar attendants everything was very clean and they were constantly cleaning their. I would recommend them to anybody. Our staycation couldn’t have been any better and very family accomadating & friendly the staff treats kids like their own. Which means a lot when you have a child w/disabilities.

My family enjoyed their stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. It was very clean and bright. Our stay was on the weekend until Monday. The weekend food staff and food were amazing. Frances and group were so polite. The food was so delicious. We did eat there on Monday and it was so terribly different. The weekday food was not very good and the staff was not as friendly in the food area. The front desk staff was nice and helpful. The only thing I didn't like was the fact that you share a floor with smokers. I have 2 small children and we had smokers in the room next to use. We could smell the smoke from their room. That was a bit uncomfortable. I think that they should put the smokers on one floor and non-smokers on another floor. Overall we enjoyed our stay. The hotel was pretty quiet and very clean.

First of all Orbitz didn't book a suite for me even though I said that I was traveling with one other adult and two children. So our room only had two queen size beds. The toilet didn't work and the maintenance man came in and said that when the hotel was at full capacity, sometimes the water pressure was low. So he said it needed time to fill up after each person used it. So we followed his instructions and it flushed. The cord connecting the receiver to the room phone was broken and he brought another one but the phone still didn't work. He also brought a cot for the children to sleep on. Later that night at 2am I took a shower and the water wouldn't turn off, so the security guard came up. When she called the front desk to tell them that she couldn't get it turned off either the receptionist said there was no maintenance on at that time of night. So it seemed like she was saying that we would have to sleep in a room with the bathtub filling up with water. So after several more attempts the guard finally got the water to shut off. She said you had to push it in hard while turning the knob.
