I checked in an while checking in one of the staff members must was having a party because all the kids Were behind the counter which was really unprofessional.

Incredible staff! Warm, friendly and efficient. They made the stay even better. The hotel is an excellent choice for family and business trips. I will return again.

I’m tired of going to hotels that don’t clean the sheets or replace comforters after every use. It’s so unsanitary! My kids wanted to use the pool. We had some time before the closing time, but my key wouldn’t work to access it. We kept going back and forth to the front desk in order to correct the problem and it still didn’t worked. She never even came down to assist or check the pool door. The same occurred when I tried to use the fitness room. What a waste!

The food was okay…dining area was clean. My kids and husband had fun in the pool… overall cleanliness was good. Staff was pleasant and helpful and location was the bomb… we drove down from Connecticut so we enjoy the shopping area and restaurants were very close and at the stores we got some great deals. Very satisfied and happy that we chose this hotel for our stay…

Perfect location for family function we attended. Late arrival was easy and safe. Nice breakfast each morning. Room was clean and AC worked very well.

Laquisha at the front desk was incredible. We were dealing with multiple reservations over different check in dates. And she made the process so easy. My daughter was graduating and this made my trip. Please thank her from my entire family WOW!

Aesthetically pleasing. Convenient. Price was good. Staff was great. Also included a fabulous breakfast. We often have to travel to Hampton for business or family. We stayed in another hotel at a similar price point which did not include breakfast. and was noisy. That other hotel did not include breakfast. The Hampton Inn will be our official Hotel the next time we come to the 757 area..

Our stay was great, clean room, staff was welcoming & helpful. Hot breakfast in the morning and hotel is close to restaurants/shopping. After check-in, the front desk called our room to check if we everything was in order and if we needed anything.. The only gripe was that the indoor pool water temperature was cold. The kids were really looking forward to a swim and it was a let down as we couldnt stay in the water for long... Apart from that everything else was great!

I absolutely loved the staff that helped me on July 30th. My family and I had three rooms and we were accommodated next to each other. Great customer service and we are now yearly scheduling this hotel for our annual trips to Hampton. This hotel staff is wonderful and very clean rooms. The breakfast is good and the free cookies made my nephew smile.
