It was a very nice hotel in a great location. It had plentiful parking, felt safe and secure, and was very clean. It is perfect for a family vacation.

I had a wonderful stay with my family. The rooms were very clean and smelled great! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The booking came with breakfast that was pretty good and had all the usual items. Overall, it was a comfortable stay for us.

Not pleased at all. Traveled all those hours for them not to allow us to check in. We arrived at 3:30pm and they had no rooms ready. We didn’t get a room until 5:30pm with a bunch of kids. Not happy at all

hello, my family really enjoyed the breakfast. we also enjoyed the firepit outdoors. the house service wasn't great..nobody came to our room to clean or offer fresh towels.. this was a bit annoying. but the staff was very friendly. also there was no working room phone or phone in the hallway.. we couldn't call from our room. i had to make a call through my cell phone.. kinda inconvenient..

I had a horrible encounter where I was severely inconvenienced and missed out on my last day of events with my family. Around midnight on Thanksgiving night (Technically Friday) I was laying in bed, and a bedbug was crawling right near my head, which caused me to have to relocate rooms and the middle of the night, along with washing every single piece of item that I brought with me. That cost more money that I did not have to spend and just an overall inconvenience. The staff was really nice about everything but I am truly upset about this experience.

Mr. Banks was amazing! Great service from all the staff! The property was fabulous, great amenities, perfect location to restaurants and family things to do. This will not be our choice of stay for future visits!

There were children's foot prints in the window area. The shower head leaked and had to put a towel under it to stop the noise. Broken ice machine on our floor. Door was bent and had to throw your body into it to open. Tooth paste in the sink area. Broken lamp by the bed. Tape on the partitioning wall. Locked out when in the breakfast are outside and had to walk around to get in.
