Our family has stayed at this property a few times. We are always comfortable. We would have had a more pleasant time but for the noise coming from adjacent rooms into the early hours of the morning. We were unable to sleep well due to loud noises coming from above our room #202. Constant stomping and banging sounds. This ruined

I Booked 3 Rooms From 12/24/24 - 11/26/23 Second Room Grandkids Sofa Bed Had Bed Bugs Moved To 3 Different Locations & Each Room SofaBed Had Bed Bugs Still Alive & One Room Room Had Rat fetus My Daughter, Son In Law & Grand Children Had To Stay In My Room For One Night, Until A Room Was Ready & Available The Next Day, Also The Toilet In My Room Was Broken. Very Bad Experience For Us & Especially My Grandchildren.

Slept like a baby

All furniture was s cheap & uncomfortable that we were miserable. We would have left but other family staying there as well for a memorial service nearby. Water hook ups reversed, exhaust fan earsplitting. Soap? Frig fell out of cavity if door opened. Only half water came out shower head.

My kids thought the bathroom tub was extremely dirty and they didn’t want to take a bath in there. Also there were hairs on the floor and I’ve mentioned it to Expedia and they did not do anything about it.

While our stay was rather benign and fine, our suite had a shared door with the room next door and we could hear everything through the very thin door separating us - which also wasn't locked until I locked it. Thankfully they weren't super loud but we could hear talking early in the morning (usually before we were ready to be up). The free breakfast was a madhouse with kids and families - there was no sense of order, many of the kids had screens with the volume way up. There was a side room that you could go sit in to be away from that madness but it was freezing cold. Also - they ran out of many items and often they'd put something out and the swarm of people would get to it before we could. After our first night we left around noon and when we came back the room hadn't been cleaned. Not a huge deal but we thought it was kind of weird. Then the next morning the maid knocked at 8 or 8:15 am - we were checking out that day so I didn't understand why she was knocking so early. I used to be a housekeeper in college and I NEVER would have knocked that early.The bed was comfortable, the room was clean and staff was very nice though so I'll definitely give them credit for that just seems this hotel isn't for us. We'll definitely be checking out other hotels in the area before we'd stay here again.

Property is near shopping and food. Has all the essentials, breakfast is unremarkable but is served properly and cleanly, WiFi works, staff is very pleasant and helpful. We stay here every time we visit family. We're relieved it is not only close to them but is a decent place to stay.

Have stayed here in the past- staff is always helpful and friendly. I was able to get an early check in with family in town visiting which was very accommodating.

I was in town for a family funeral, while my parents recommended Extended Stay because they had stayed there recently and ended up staying there again. I always heard that Spring Hill Suites was a little nicer. I needed a late check-in, which they told me that there was no problem when I called and they were right. When I checked in, my 17 month old needed a pack'n'play so we wouldn't have to unpack our car (heading on vacation the next day), they had one to our room 5 min after we walked in the door...and this was after 8pm. Let me tell you, for about 5 to 10 bucks more, if even...way, way nicer than Extended Stay, without question. Oh, and it's not your typical continental breakfast either, they have a nice variety available. **The bed, was phenomenally comfortable and I didn't want to get out of it. I usually prefer a firmer bed, but this was soft and extremely supportive, not saggy at all. Had I not just purchase a bed for my home, I would have found out what brand they used. The late check out time of noon, you just don't see that late anymore.

The room was great, clean and relaxing, it was nice to only have to go down for breakfast. Not a large varitey but it was nice. The pool area is small for the hotel, but the kids enjoyed it. Overall the moden decor and cleanliness of the rooms was well worth the say. I will stay there again.
