Good family hotel

Needs more shuttle times. Breakfast was horrible. Uncooked sausage mad my kids sick.

Staff was kind and able to help guide us with directions easily. Our door to our room didnt lock correctly. You could lock it and still be able to open it from the outside. Beds were super small, weve stayed at plenty of hotels without issue but these were unusually small. Bathroom faucet wigggled inside wall and wasnt secure at all. The keycard reader at the back/side entrance didnt work, so that was inconvenient having to lug all our stuff the whole way around building. Pools was nice and decent, until a large family came in with screaming/yelling kids and adults, which made not just us but other guests leave the area because you couldnt even enjoy swimming at that point. And the absolute worst was that at 3am some how some way the fire alarm went off, without any fires. So we got woken up and had to ebdure listening to it for almost 40 minutes. No apologies or anythihg offered to make up for that insane inconvenience. Would honestly recommend you look elsewhere to stay for the night.

We have stayed here several times because it's so close to our family members homes. Its always clean, beds are comfortable, and staff is friendly. Breakfast has few healthy options but that's pretty standard. Something I really appreciate is the pretty walking trail around a pond beside the hotel.After 9 hours driving, its a pleasure!

I booked 2 rooms, one in my name for me and my boyfriend and the other for my boyfriend’s sister and her family in her name. My boyfriend and I enjoyed our stay because it was quiet and the rooms were clean. The room for boyfriends sister had loud next door guests who were fighting all night while a baby cried. The worst part of our trip was when i called the front desk to ask when breakfast started and they told me 9:30. That is the time breakfast ended. When i was upset that we missed breakfast because an employee told us the wrong time, he laughed and said no hotels have breakfast at 9:30. I told him “how am i supposed to know that? that’s why i called to ask” then he apologized. Honestly i was pissed because breakfast is included with what i paid for and we all missed it even when i called to verify. I would have gone down earlier had i known the correct time.

The hotel did not have our reservations through hotels.com. I called hotels.com cust service they had me on hold forever and couldn’t resolve anything. The staff at the hotel wouldn’t accommodate us. He said my confirmation number didn’t mean anything because it was through a 3rd party app. They were sold out of the type of rooms my family required so we had to find accommodations elsewhere.

We were assigned in room 201, please avoid with all costs. It's very poor quality. Furniture, TV are all very old and dated. Thank God we stayed only one night. My kids didn't not use the bathroom at all. It was ugly. Floor, toilet 🚽, shower tub all are really nasty. They seem to be not cleanable. All need to be replaced. I'll never go there again even with free stay.

This property is close to nice restaurants and areas. The free breakfast was nice (eggs, waffles, cereal, bagels, apples, juice, coffee). The pool and jazuzzi seemed decent. 24 hour fitness center. There's a little pond behind the hotel with a path you can walk around it. That was nice to do with our toddler. I would stay here again. The AC would turn off and turn on every 5-10 minutes. When it would turn off, it got hot. It was 95 degrees outside though. That's the only downside.

Staff was excellent! It was very clean and I felt very safe with my grandchildren. The breakfast was very good and the ladies was helping the guests and cleaning constantly!

Staff is terrible. The way they packed the bread and unplugged the appliances at 9:03am when they saw us coming because breakfast is till 9am was hilarious, silly and disrespectful. Even the kids were astonished. Housekeeping services are apparently a privilege and was not provided even on request. Never staying here again.
