Very nice place. Stayed with our family of six very comfortably for two night.

Nice stay with family

It was perfect for a family of 6 people!

When you first walk in, the hotel looked classy and the staff were very friendly. We got to our room and at first glance it seemed great. When I booked our room I indicated we were a family of 6, however they did not set room to accommodate. We had only 3 sets of towels and no sheets or blankets for sofa bed. The sink in the kitchenette was broken, the shower didn't even look like it had been cleaned from last occupancy as there was hair in tub, they had full sized toiletries in a locking case that you could use but they were empty. Next morning for breakfast, all staff was friendly but the food wasn't that great. Sausage was definitely not pork and was dry, eggs were plain and almost a fake taste, fruit looked like it was a couple days old, only thing that was good was the yogurt with granola/other toppings, and the french toast sticks. All the tables to sit and eat were dirty and had sticky syrup and food all over them. We were only passing thru and stayed the one night so we didn't make a fus while there and again the staff were all friendly. But I probably wouldn't book here again. Maybe other locations are better?

It is very convenience for me, close to my family, shopping, food places.

I like almost everything but the fridge in the room was not working, I reported it but nothing happened, I needed to keep fresh my baby girl's milk.

The staff was very friendly and very helpful. The morning breakfast pleased everyone in my family including my picky 2 year old. The Restaurants had very good food nearby. My one critique is the double bed room with fold out bed did not have a door or divider office area from beds

Nice layout and comfortable room. Generally good product design. The pull out couch and 90 degree turn in the couch enabled all my three children to sleep separately which they liked. Nice breakfast. About 8 miles (10-12 minutes) from IAD airport which worked for us (we were picking someone up). The main thing I did not like is that the wall-ventilation system was too strong, so whoever slept in the bed next to it was either over cooled or over heated, which made it difficult to sleep unless the cooling/heating system was turned off.

I wanted to like this well priced, convenient hotel, so I ignored the fact that the elevator reeked of weed for several days and that someone left a poopy diaper in a trash can by an elevator and it wasn’t taken out for several days. The real problems started at 10 pm on a Sunday night when there was a series of thuds outside my door and lots of laughter. I discovered that a wedding party staying on the floor had co-opted the hallways to drink, play music, and play corn hole. Did I mention this happened during covid? There was continued noise at 11. And again at 11:30. The bride rudely told me that I should change my room if I didn’t like the noise, and suggested that it was my small children making noise. Yes. Likely because they were unable to sleep. She classily engaged in some swearing and name calling and told me to call the front desk if I didn’t like the noise. I called the hotel front desk who suggested that I move my room. At midnight. When I have a one and three year old. And then it happened again the following night when the guests came stumbling back around midnight. Rather than try to deal with them, I called the hotel front desk. Again, they suggested I change my room. Again I suggested that it was discourteous to other guests to congregate and play music in the hallways. It became marginally quieter. But noise continued. Will not stay here again.

My family and I had a wonderful experience. The breakfast was delicious and the pool area was great especially having a lifeguard on duty.
