The room was comfortable for a family, it was clean, however there was a strong smell of cigarettes and marijuana everywhere even though it was supposed to be a non smoking facility.

When we arrived we told they didn't have our room because Expedia is overbooking their hotels. They offered two separate, smaller rooms for my family. When we went our rooms, we found bugs in both bathrooms and promptly left. Doesn't look like the pictures on the website. Very, very worn and dirty.

The whole family went on a trip and needed a kitchen, so I booked it, but the sofa bed was so dirty that I couldn't use it, and my husband, who slept in another room, was bitten by bugs everywhere and we had to wash everything out of embarrassment as soon as we got home.

We traveled as a family with my husband on a business trip to DC. The room was very clean, the front desk day and night staff were so outgoing and helpful, and the grounds were very clean. It was in a safe location and about 30-40 minutes outside of downtown DC. The room was perfect for our four day stay. We will definitely stay here again when bringing the family!

This was the perfect hotel for us - with a little one (2.5 years) it was great to have a kitchen. And the free breakfast has everything we needed for all of us. A convenient drive into Washington for site seeing. My family and I would definitely stay at this chain again.

We said we were only staying one night and they still charged for 2. The condition of our room, well it was filthy. There were kids running and yelling way passed 11pm. I asked for the refund for the second night, they said they don’t give refunds. The people were rude when we checked out. Now I have to fight for the refund when we didn’t stay.
