I asked for a quiet room and then they checked in a family of small, loud kids close to me and who were running the hall.

The hotel in general is good, the staff very nice but at night it was to noisy, the family in top of my room where very noice, I have to call the lobby the 2 nights, so I couldn’t sleep at all.

Front desk staff was so friendly and helpful! They were so welcoming and glad to see us and have us stay- very good customer service- great continental breakfast, food staff was very friendly and accommodating, had a great stay, kids loved the indoor pool, thanks for a great stay!

The Girl that serves breakfast from New Jersey is the best at breakfast and front desk duties.Bisquits and Gravy is good as well as fruit yogurt etc.Indoor pool and hot tub are operational and has a Sauna. for all of what you get, you can’t beat the price it’s not like a five star hotel and I’m sure certain people will complain but honestly this is the best bang for your buck and will keep your kids happy fed and Wear them out

The hot tub and swimming pool were hits for our family. Having to ask the front desk each day for towels was annoying. We had three people in our room and started with two towels- finally got a third but when housekeeping cleaned, they didn't leave towels- was told that they were in dryer, to pick them up later in the evening. When we went down to breakfast, we asked for towels and were given two towels and one hand towel.

This hotel is right in the middle of restaurants and shopping and has good freeway access. It's a very convenient location. The front desk staff was polite and quick to check me in. My only thing I didn't like was that my room was incredibly noisy during the day. I could hear the people next to me and above me, as well as the kids screaming at the indoor pool. Fortunately as it got later and time for bed everything quieted down. All in all, it was a good stay and i would stay here again.

I liked the hotel it was clean, the staff was friendly, the breakfast was good. The pool could use a bit of work it was a bit cloudy and the paint on the roof was a bit sad looking. The kids had fun in it regardless.

The tv was broken - they called in for service for the tv rather than move me to another room. There were two cars in the parking lot and a bus of kids on a soccer team that jumped and walked like the living dead on the floor above me. The air conditioning was broken and the window opened 3 inches - it was hardly worth the money.
