After a long day of attending our family event, we went to the hotel to get some rest. After arriving to the hotel, parking was small, had to park on the opposite side with hopes that my truck wouldn’t get stolen. After arriving to the receptionist, we come to find out that my reserved room with two double beds was given away to someone else. That not only it upset us, it disappointed me and my family. We had to settle for a 1 bed and a very uncomfortable sofa bed. In the room, no soap, 1 towel for a family of 3, wow felt discriminated.

Very convenient property, room was clean; plenty of hot water for showers; registration and housekeeping are very accomodating bed was hard and I asked for a comforter to soften the mattress--food was good in restaurant. TV remote was a little strange getting used to and there were wires hanging out of the wall that would be an issue for people with small children (I told them about it upon departure)

This hotel it really fool you by the pictures online. Beds are comfortable, lobby is nice and staff are friendly, other than that, I would rate this hotel -1. We stayed there 2 nights, rooms were dirty, i got 5 rooms for my family and all rooms smell bad, I had to run to Walmart and buy a febreze plug. not clean at all. Carpet super dirty, i even found a couple shrimp tails on the floor in my room. bathroom had mold in the walls. Parking lot so dangerous, we had 2 broke ins in less than 24 hours (police reports were filled) For nearly $1,500, we expected something much more decent. Definitely not going back there.

We got a 2 bed reservation and when we got to the hotel they were all out of rooms with 2 beds meaning they gave someone else our room We had to get another hotel with one bed traveling with kids. It was very small and very uncomfortable.
