When we checked in late at night, we noticed the carpet had not been vacuumed. Too tired and with two small children it wasn’t worth trying to get it corrected. Two cold showers later (no hot water), we were getting concerned about what problems the hotel may be having. In the light of day, we noticed crumbs on the sheets in one bed and hair (not ours) and coffee spots in the other. It was disgusting to know we did sleep on clean sheets. It’s a fairly new hotel, but I think it has some major issues.

It was a clean and comfy hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful! Great breakfast too! My family and I would likely be booking here again in the future.

Fast check in. Rooms were clean, comfortable, good size. Breakfast was delicious! My kids enjoyed it. Pool area was clean. Over all great stay!!!!!

I was there for a family medical emergency and the staff were INCREDIBLE in making my stay very comfortable. They were compassionate, accommodating and a pleasure to see every day. Thank you!

The Hotel was very clean and staff was friendly! I have to highlight Garrett because he went out of his way to make my family and I feel welcome. We ran into some issues with our booking and he went out of his way to accommodate us. He was the nicest guy every and I could feel how genuine he was! Because of Garrett, I would book at this hotel again!

Clean and friendly staff. We slept like a baby. Beds are comfortable. Close to shopping, hospital, and restaurants. We will definitely stay here again.
