The Westin San Antonio North

We had a very nice stay. The hotel staff were helpful and the rooms were clean. The location is wonderful with lots of restaurants and stores within walking distance. Our only complaint was the tv or streaming services didn’t work. I would definitely recommend this hotel for family friends etc.

Check in time stated 3pm. However, upon arrival our room was not ready until 4pm. This was challenging with an infant. I would not advertise 3pm as check in if you cannot accommodate it.

Stellar quality. For being an older property, it is very well maintained. Very nice and upscale inside. Downside of breakfast buffet for non-pork eating family. There are no turkey or chicken alternatives and one of us does not eat eggs. Luckily it is convenient to many nearby food places. Otherwise, it was a very pleasant stay. We stay here again.

Nice hotel. Service was very courteous and friendly. The bed was so comfortable. Hotel was fairly close to medical center where we were visiting family. I liked the fact that there were many restaurants, gas stations etc. close by this location.

They had some parking blocked also I made a complaint about the kids screaming and slamming doors they said they will send security to their room which they did but I don’t think he really made it a concern because they still did it. They say online BREAKFAST INCLUDED which is false.

Wonderful staff, comfortable beds and clean property. Close to grocery store and restaurants. My family will be back.

We were a party of four 2 adults and 2 kids which was indicated on our booking . Breakfast was not included even though it was one of the reasons for selecting this hotel . Also we order 4 dinner plates and only received 3 . The guy apologized but still and inconvenience. Also our toiletries was only for one person I had to go down to request more which was sent up . Then we did not have internet and also had to go to the front desk to request that as well . This was very unusual for my family being that we travel a lot and this is the first time we have ever experienced all of this mishaps . Hopefully our next visit would be so challenging especially traveling with kids we like our accommodations to be as easy going and convenient as possible.

Despite we made reservations one week in advance, didn’t have rooms but the child’s anex of a room. We decided not to stay.
