Aloft San Antonio Airport

The hotel is lot up to aloft standards and it is dingy and old. I will never take my family there again.

Our room had a connecting door and neighbors kids were very loud until 3:30 in the morning. Also the shower glass door had a gap from the wall to the door. There was water all over the bathroom. This is the third time we visit this hotel and it has been the worst.

Beds quite comfy. Good little fridge & microwave. Good hand steamer instead of iron. Walking distance to Target, World Market, Kids’ Empire, First Watch, Panda Express. Free shuttle to & from airport & to nearby North Star Mall, or three miles anywhere. Big smart TV. Felt safe & quiet. Not that clean - carpets vacuumed but dirty & clammy & left feet dirty; hairs from shaving left around the basin; dirt in corners & on floor around bathroom door. Needs refurb - only half the holes in the shower head had water coming out; sliding bathroom door not lockable & inside handle trim missing, so fingernails get bits of chipboard in them; no drawers & only two hangers with no wardrobe; nowhere to hang wet towels or hand towel; door lock didn’t work properly, so had to force it to partly engage. Staff friendly but not very knowledgeable; no idea about goody bag for children (we had a two year old with us); no local information available. Food area disappointing - very limited; not a restaurant & hot drink supplies removed at certain times. Seems mainly aimed at one-nighters, so our nine nights wasn’t perhaps suitable here.

It was very nice. I did feel safe and staff was happy and helpful. The pool was clean enough and it was a very nice outdoor area. My family of 5 love going there, target is walking distance and other stores to shop.

Loved everything about the property very clean, staff very nice, great pool, lodge area indoors and outdoors. Only thing I didn’t like was there was no microwave in the room when you have a baby who demands a warm bottle in the middle of the night it’s very inconvenient having to walk out of the room to the lobby to warm up the bottle.

Everything was beyond what I had imagined it would be staying here. Only two things I didn't like, one is parking is not the best, but they is also caused by the First Watch being right in the same lot. Secondly, on my last day there I wanted to have my laundry taken care of while I was a a family function but there wasn't any direction on how to get it dropped off so I had to fly back to LA with dirty clothing in my luggage. But other than that, I loved staying here. I look forward to coming back, as I am traveling to SA roughly 2 times a month and would love to stay there again depending on the cost.

Fabulous staff, nice hotel. Will recommend to friends and family!!

Rooms very clean. I love all white bedding. Excellent staff very accommodating. Restaurants, shopping are within walking distance from the hotel. My family has stayed there many times but husbands and I was first time. We will definitely go back.

The hotel was nice for an adult short stay. It is set up more for the business traveler than a family stay
