Best Western Medical Center North Inn & Suites Near Six Flags

Excellent trip to visit family. Hotel check-in and check-out were great. Room was nice and clean.

The hotel's elevator kept getting stucked. Twice we had kids get stucked in the elevator and the management didnt have good customer service. They are going to charge for cleaning the room, what is the point of a room service and the breakfast was awful. i will not stay in this hotel anymore and also for the safety of my kids, i will not advise anyone with kids to stay in this hotel and if you do, do not use their elevator.

Decent hotel if you’re not a germaphobe. Check in was long. Two people behind the desk but only one working. The line had 4 people so you would think the one not working would help speed things along. The gentleman working was slow but nice. Once we checked in, the room smelled clean. The bathroom looked clean until I saw strands of hair on the floor and in the shower. The shower was the only thing not cleaned thoroughly. The bed was nice. We slept comfortably. Walls are super thin. We were woken up every am with screaming children and a man who thought 730 am was a good time to be yelling at them in front of our door. Didn’t eat the breakfast but they had a nice spread of eggs, sausage, beans, tortillas and waffles. Drank the coffee and it was good. Location was ideal. Off of iH10. Overall not bad.

There was an old baby bottle left behind that had rolled under the AC unit with formula in it that was pretty gross. Thats a housekeeping issue but made us feel iffy about how clean the room really was.

My family and I stayed here this past weekend and it was very clean and quiet. Breakfast did not disappoint either. Others around were very courteous and respectful. Great stay! Thank you!

The only issue we had was there was stains on the sheets but they exchanged them the girl checked all the sheets and the ones in our room weren’t the only ones. It was a comfortable especially with two toddlers.

Place is quiet and family friendly

The floor was dirty and sticky in the bathroom and entryway. I mopped the floor myself with a towel and the towel was black when I was done. It honestly looked like that the room we stayed in hadn’t been cleaned or occupied in a while. I would rate everything else at the level of acceptable. Wouldn’t stay there again with my family.

Did not like the fact that they did not mention the amount of hold they put on your card. The hold was $100 for incidental. I’ve stayed in better hotels that only require $50 dollars for incidentals. The rooms are ok for the price we paid. It was $75 for the night. I would pay an extra $35 to stay in a 3 star hotel with decent breakfast. So if you stay here make sure you don’t mind putting $100 dollars on hold for 3 weeks. Hope this helps someone that is on a budget and trying to spend quality time with the family.
