Always a pleasure staying here me and my family been coming here for over 15yrs. Miss the water park outside. Love coming here fall winter and if it’s too hot in the summer for the indoor pool and jacuzzi

Unknown to us when we booked, there was a very inappropriate adult conference at this place during our stay. We are so glad we did not have our kids for the weekend because the things we saw were downright offensive. We will never stay at this hotel again because I refuse to pay money to a place that supports garbage like this in a place where non-conference goers, including families are also staying.

We booked the stay the day before we headed out of town as a stop on our way to Branson, MO to visit family. Unfortunately, we got a call from school the day we were supposed to leave with a sick 5 year old. The hotel front desk mgr declined the refund. In true holiday spirit. What a great first impression? As if it wasn’t enough not be able to spend Christmas with family. It is a bummer because we plan to make this trip offer but will never book there again. Not accommodating.

Very clean and nice room.This is my 2nd stay here with my family. The receptionist who checked us in and out was not very friendly.She needs to work on her customer service.

First time at the Renaissance. We usually stay at another hotel in Dallas. Since this was a family trip (7 of us), we choose the Renaissance. Boy were we happy. Luxurious, comfortable, all amenities present. Pool and hot tub on their own floor, great for privacy. Sauna was out of service though. Drinks were good but pricey. Valet was pricey also at $20/night but it was unlimited in and out. No comp breakfast was a disappointment. In short, amazing hotel I will frequent many times and as close to perfect as I expect to find.

Needed a place to stay after a full day of birthday party with grand kids. Got a good deal from Hotels.com and a quite comfortable place to stay. Hotel was conveniently located. Had a great birthday party and a nice place to rest afterwards.

We live outside Dallas and brought kids for a three day getaway during spring break. Being they had an indoor pool made it perfect! I have been a flight attendant for 15 years so the thought of going to a hotel wasn't as exciting for me, but I was totally impressed. Kids had a blast and everyone was so nice. I will definitely do this again!
