Check in staff weren’t as personable as I am used to. The room description on Expedia said it would have a pull out couch, it didn’t. They don’t have roll away beds either so my kids were supposed to sleep on the floor??? Morning desk staff was amazing. The breakfast staff asked my room number and last name to verify I was a guest and I also showed my room key but she didn’t ask a single hotel guest for their name or room number nor room key which came down to breakfast after me. I’ve never had to verify my room credentials to eat breakfast. I probably wouldn’t go out of my way to stay here again or recommend it to anyone.

Great service, great experience Expedia messed up my reservation, and josh was quick to resolve the dilemma. When I checked in, josh and Christanna welcomed my family and made me feel at home. The whole staff was very friendly. The breakfast was delicious, and the rooms were very clean. At check out, Letrice was really kind and she made sure that we hade a great stay. She gave us a good farewell. I’m definitely going to make this my go-to home hotel when I visit Dallas. Do to this experience I’m going to consider The Element when I travel.

This property was new it still had that fresh smell,very comfortable bed and pillows.the breakfast was lite not a hearty for men and not really for kids .location is not walking distance to the main areas but in car only about 15 mins away.

Offered to check in earlier, to find room close to family members. Seven months old and still in perfect condition. Glad to select it and would do again.
