I had originally reserved a 2 queen bedroom for 4 of us and when we arrived they only had a one king bedroom with a small sofa for 1( a room for 3 ) Checkin tock really long she did. It have a clean room, lobby was pound and inappropriate for family with drunk party ( this was 1:00am) They finally put us in a 2 queen bed room the next day, but it tick me asking many times. They did say there were sorry and would compensate us for the inconvenience but never did.

We were woken up at 3:30 in the morning to screaming and fighting two doors down from us. The cops showed up and Saturday into 4:30 al keeping me and my family awake. Tried to call the front desk multiple times to ask for an extended checkout but could never get ahold of anyone. I tried checking out at 11:00an and stood there for over 30 minutes waiting. All the towels had nasty black hair in them and the hair was in our shower as well. Parking was outrageous as well zero accommodations for hotel guest

Honestly the worst experience we’ve had at any hotel. The staff all gave us different answers about charging us 8nights . And our deadbolt was locked from the inside while we were out and the staff could not guarantee it be open since no maintenance was available on a Saturday and told us she doesn’t have to help us if she doesn’t want. We were also told it was our fault and it was someone from our party that is inside the room… which my whole family was outside 🤔. We left early because it was such bad experience and currently talking to choice hotels rep to get our stay refunded for at least one night.

Great area and great service during our stay with our kids. The only thing is the facility did not have a playpen for our little one so we had to purchase at the local Target. Still a great stay though with our kids.

My family love the location. Easy access to everything. The only problem I have had with my last 2 stays at the hotel is my linen was dirty both times. Didn't get any compensations from neither stay.
