There is a parking lot, but not much space. Definitely be prepared to park on the street. The rooms had some amenities and furniture that was up to date like the shower and sink, but some that was still rather ancient like the the carpet and chair. The staff was nice and always came within a reasonable amount of time when we called for extra towels (not many in the room). We had a crying baby that cried for literally 24 hours in the room next to us so idk if the walls would be considered thin or the baby was just really loud. The bed wasn’t very comfortable either. It reminded me of the folding mats kids sleep on at daycare.

One night family trip, clean room, working A/C, low water pressure, slight leak from shower to toilet area. Would have preferred to have a more comfortable chair in the room, rather than one uncomfortable desk chair. The hallway outside our room was not air conditioned - was it designed that way, or just a mechanical breakdown? Great area, nice amenities, nice late-night bar. Bed was very comfortable.

This particular hotel was very convenient to family that we were visiting. Being able to walk back and forth was huge for us. Dining options were awesome - there was a little of everything just a few steps away! The atmosphere of this area is relaxed and friendly. The room staff did a great job every day for us - even though we were not expecting daily room cleanings. Hotel staff responded to every request - which was mainly extra coffee for our in-room coffee maker. Thank you! - we will stay again!

I booked this at the last minute and was pleasantly surprised what a nice a place it was. We travel a lot as a family but I had never heard the name of this property before. I selected it because they were pet friendly. Everything was perfect. Staff was super nice, room was modern and super clean, facilities well kept and uplifting. We found our new place now. We will always stay at this hotel whenever we travel to Dallas area. I would make one suggestion though. They need a better sign out front. We passed it and ended up in the back parking lot area trying to get in the building but we had no keys yet as we hadn’t checked in yet. There was another guest who was in the same situation. It was a bit of an inconvenient especially arriving late.

We love this hotel and enjoy staying here every time we are in Dallas. There are great good options and entertainment within walking distance. Great drinks at the bar and our kids love the pool table.
